If you have a soft tape measure at home and would like to find your bra size through your measurements, you can follow these steps:

Band Size 

Wrap a soft tape measure around your rib cage, right beneath where the bra band sits. Ensure the tape measure is firmly around you but not too tight. Take the number, in inches, and add two if it’s an even number. If it’s an odd number, add three. This sum will correspond to your band size, and those additional inches you added will make up for the size difference between when the elastic in the bra band is stretched or relaxed.

Cup Size

Wrap a soft tape measure around the fullest point of your breasts. This is usually where the nipple is located. Take the number, in inches, and subtract your band size from that number. 

This number determines your cup size: 

• 0 = AA cup
• 1 = A cup
• 2 = B cup
• 3 = C cup
• 4 = D cup
• and so forth…

Consider Your Natural Breast Shape
