Hooked Loyalty Program – Terms & Conditions


  • The Hooked Loyalty Program (“Hooked Rewards”) is a free to join customer program to reward our customers for their loyalty. Customers who opt in to Hooked Rewards (“Members”) will receive certain rewards Points (defined below) through certain actions defined and described below that they can redeem to receive discount Rewards (defined and described below). Members’ qualifying purchases and actions can also unlock Membership tiers that provide Perks (defined below) to Members pursuant to  the terms described below. 


  • In order to be eligible to participate in Hooked Rewards, you must (a) be a resident of the 50 United States or District of Columbia; (b) be at least 18 years of age; and (c) have a Shopify account. You may only have one Hooked Rewards account. The Program is intended for personal use only, and commercial customers are not eligible to participate. Your account may not be assigned, transferred, or shared with family, friends, and your account and associated benefits are not intended for those purchasing items for resale.  
  • ThirdLove evaluates residency based on your shipping address. If you change your shipping address to one that is not located in the 50 United States or Washington, D.C. you will no longer be able to receive or redeem Points for Rewards or be able to use Rewards or Perks in your account.
  •  If ThirdLove determines that you have violated the conditions of eligibility or determines that you are ineligible based on your residency, it reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account or participation in Hooked Rewards without notice to you. 


  • To join Hooked Rewards, log into your existing ThirdLove.com account, or if you do not already have an account, register for an account on ThirdLove.com. (Registration and joining Hooked Rewards is free).
  • A current, valid email address is required for you to be able to participate in and receive Points in connection with the Program. You must notify ThirdLove if your email address changes by updating your account information online.  


  • Following initial tier placement, program tier status is based solely on your total spending amount on unreturned Qualifying Purchases during a rolling 12-month period (“Spend”) as follows:
  • Tier Levels: Currently, there are two Hooked Rewards tiers: 
    • Gold Tier  ($0 - $249.99 Spend); 
    • Platinum Tier ($250+ Spend)


  • Tier Benefits: Hooked Rewards members receive personalized offers, opportunities, and benefits (“Benefits”) based on their tier status. Additional benefits will be unlocked after attaining a higher tier level. Some notifications or offers related to benefits may be sent by email, and you will need to opt-in to emails from ThirdLove to receive these notifications or offers.  Account information such as tier status and available offers will also typically be accessible by logging into your account on ThirdLove.com.  Benefits may have certain restrictions including expiration dates and short, time-limited redemption periods. Only the account holder may use and access the benefits. 


  • See the FAQs for a full description of current benefits.  ThirdLove reserves the right to change the benefits, and to change the specific benefits offered at various tier statuses. Representative examples of the benefits that may be included based on the applicable tier status include:
  • Acquisition offer – 100 Points ($5 Reward) will be added to a new member’s Points balance once their account is officially created. 
  • Points per purchase – 1 Point per 1 dollar spent for Gold Tier  and 2 Points per 1 dollar spent for Platinum Tier. 
  • Free shipping discount (on $75+) for Gold Tier and free shipping discount with no minimum purchase for Platinum Tier members (U.S. addresses only). 
  • Free underwear with purchase of over $35 for Platinum Tier members on a quarterly basis. Timing will be determined by ThirdLove and customer will receive notice by email. Eligible customers will be able to choose their underwear in cart with purchase.
  • One discount that can be used during your birthday month (“Birthday Gift”), subject to the Birthday Gift terms below;
  • Early access to sales.
  • Special member only promotions for both tiers as well as exclusive top-tier (Platinum Tier) member promotions. 
  • VIP stylist for Platinum Tier members. 
  • Early access to promotions, new arrivals, and back-in-stock items;
  • Points for actions including verified reviews (10 Points) and Fitting Room (one time only - 20 Points); Fitting Room points can only be awarded if customer enters the Fitting Room from the Rewards Page. 
  • Priority back-in-stock notifications;


  • Published and unpublished benefits unlocked through Hooked Rewards have no cash value, are non-transferable, and you have no property rights in or to program benefits. Benefits cannot be exchanged or returned for Points, another product, or a monetary refund. 


  • In order to receive your Birthday Gift benefit, you must have become a Hooked Rewards program member and have added your birth date and month to your account no later than the last day of the month preceding your birth month. If this information is not added to your account until the month of your birth, or afterwards, your first Birthday Gift will be awarded during the following calendar year. Birthday Gifts are awarded on the day the Member has set in their account and are valid for 60 days.  The amount of a Birthday Gift is based on membership tier status at the time of issuance.  You must be logged into your Hooked Rewards account to redeem your Birthday Gift. There is a limit of one Birthday Gift per member per year and Birthday Gifts cannot be transferred, delayed, exchanged, or returned. Birthday Gifts are valid on select items only and may have certain restrictions or additional terms and conditions.
  • Raising Tier Status: If your Spend is high enough to qualify you for a new tier, your new tier status will take effect immediately when the minimum Spend for the applicable tier is allocated to your account. As noted above, Points or Spend earned for purchases that are later returned will be subtracted from your account. If the Spend attributable to a returned purchase was responsible for increasing your tier status, ThirdLove reserves the right to reduce your tier status accordingly.
  • Maintaining Tier Status: Once you achieve a new tier status, you will remain in that tier for the remainder of the current calendar year plus the following 12 months. To maintain your tier status, you must obtain a qualifying amount of new Spend during the 12-month full calendar year at which you are in the applicable tier. If, at the end of this 12-month period, your Spend does not match the current Spend threshold to retain your tier, you will be moved to the tier that matches your Spend earned during that period during the next calendar year. For example, if you achieve Platinum Tier status in one calendar year, you will retain that tier status for the remainder of that year AND the following year - if you achieve Platinum Tier status in November 2024, you have Platinum Tier status through December 31st, 2025.
  • Tier eligibility upgrades start on 3/1/2024.
  • There is a 30-day grace period before your new tier qualification goes into effect.

  • Points: Hooked Rewards Members can earn Points on the following: 
    • Create account: 100 Points 
    • Take the Fitting Room Quiz: 20 Points
    • Leave a verified review: 10 Points
    • Every undies 3-pack purchase: 10 Points
    • Make 3 purchases within a calendar year: 20 Points
    • All earned Points will expire from rolling 12-months from issuance. 


  • Rewards: Hooked Rewards Members can spend their accumulated Points to receive one of the promotional discount Rewards below (each a “Reward”):

  • You can redeem Rewards in $5 increments (100 Points). You can combine up to one other promotional offer.  Rewards do not work with in-cart tier discounts. Some notifications or offers related to Rewards may be sent by email, and you will need to opt-in to emails from ThirdLove to receive these notifications or offers. Account information such as tier status, Point totals, and available Rewards will also typically be accessible by logging into your account on ThirdLove.com. Rewards may have certain restrictions including expiration dates and short, time-limited redemption periods. Only the account holder may use and access the Rewards.
  • Rewards and loyalty discounts cannot be used to purchase Gift Cards.
  • Rewards have no cash value, are non-transferable, and are only redeemable through ThirdLove.
  • Converting Points to Rewards:  You may elect to redeem your Points for Rewards, subject to these Program Terms and the terms and conditions and options here. Rewards are applied at checkout. Once you elect to redeem your Points, the decision is final and the redemption cannot be reversed.  ALL REWARDS EXPIRE 12 MONTHS AFTER THE REWARDS ARE PLACED INTO THE MEMBER’S ACCOUNT.
  • See the FAQs for more information about Rewards.  ThirdLove reserves the right to change the Rewards, including the specific Rewards offered at various tier statuses, the Points earning and redemptions procedures and offerings, and the conversion rate between Points and Rewards. Any Reward redemption opportunity may be subject to its own terms and restrictions, including expiration dates. 
  • Expiration of Points: If you do not make any purchases of qualifying products or otherwise earn Points during a 12-month period, your entire available Points balance will expire. Expired Points are deducted from your program account Points balance.
  • ThirdLove expressly reserves the right to offer similar (or identical) Rewards or other benefits, including participation in promotional offers or sweepstakes, to both Hooked Rewards program members and non-members.  Benefits  and Rewards will not be paid out in cash or store credit.


  • Unless a Hooked Rewards  Member has opted out of receiving marketing communications, ThirdLove may (at its option) communicate with Members about marketing via mail, email, and other channels, including about special Member promotions, offers, and more. ThirdLove will also use these channels to communicate Member tier status, notify a Member when they are eligible for a benefit or Perk, communicate Program changes, and more.  Please note that even if you opt out of receiving marketing or promotional communications, ThirdLove may continue to send you non-marketing or non-promotional emails, such as those about your account or our ongoing business relations.




  • All Hooked Rewards design, text, graphics, logos, images, titles, phrases and product names and the copyrights, trademarks, service marks, trade dress and/or other intellectual property in such materials are owned by ThirdLove and may be registered in the United States and internationally. 


  • The ThirdLove Referral Program allows ThirdLove customers to earn promotional Points/Rewards toward future ThirdLove purchases by referring friends or family members to ThirdLove. By participating in the Referral Program, you (the “Referrer”) agree to abide by these Referral Program Terms & Conditions and ThirdLove’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy (both available on our website).
  • Qualified Referral: Referrers will receive $25 for each Qualified Referral who spends $50+ in their first purchase. A “Qualified Referral” is defined as a first purchase made at www.ThirdLove.com by a person (a "Referred Customer") who arrives at the ThirdLove website by clicking your ThirdLove Referral Program link. The Referred Customer and the Referrer cannot be the same person (for example, by using a different email address). We automatically disqualify suspicious referrals. If someone you referred made a first bra purchase using your ThirdLove referral link and you didn’t receive store credit, the referral might have been flagged as suspicious.   • You are limited to one Qualified Referral for each Referred Customer; in other words, additional/repeat purchases made by a Referred Customer are not counted as additional Qualified Referrals.
  • Referral Rewards: For you to earn $25 as a Referrer, the Referred Customer must complete a purchase on www.ThirdLove.com and must not have shopped on ThirdLove.com before.  The Referred Customer’s purchase  must be greater than $50 in value minus all fees including taxes, discounts, shipping, returns, chargebacks, fraudulent payments.
  • 500 Points Referral Discount: 500 Bonus Points will be awarded via email within one week of the Referred Customer completing their  first Direct Purchase. As a Referrer, you are responsible for any and all tax liability resulting from Referral Credits. 
  • Eligibility: Eligibility is limited to individuals only. ThirdLove’s Referral Program cannot be used by businesses for affiliate lead generation, as determined in ThirdLove’s sole discretion. You must be a legal resident of the 50 United States, or District of Columbia.


  • ThirdLove reserves the right to cancel the Hooked Rewards loyalty program or to change these Terms & Conditions at any time in its sole discretion. However, this will not affect the expiration date of any Points, Rewards or referral link that has already been provided, nor your entitlement to use any Reward Credits that you may already have earned, in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
