Great Product - TERRIBLE service
"I wanted to exchange sale items and needed to return items and spent days and countless emails trying to get a response/shipping label. The “chat” feature is totally useless. Many. Many days later when I finally got a response, the items I wanted were no longer on sale . . . I really like this product but not sure I will deal with the lack of service/ability to contact a human who will respond again."
Lovely bra, but not for east-west
"I really want to like these bras - they're obviously well-made and are attractive, but they are just not for me. I have wide-set breasts, and these bras squeeze them together in a way that doesn't work - basically, my breasts just pop out of the cups and return to where they want them to be. I'm constantly readjusting, which just isn't a good look, or fun."

"I keep coming back to Thirdlove for the most comfortable bras. Their Bkack Friday sale was great. And I like the fact that I can easily return anything that doesn't fit. I'm stuck with bras from another company whose return policy makes you email them asking to return the bra, and then you get the runaround! 🙄 Not so with Thirdlove."

"The shipping was fast and well packaged, and the bra came in pristine condition, which is always appreciated! I also like how strong the straps are for putting on the bra and how they keep my bust area in place during intensive workouts. It feels extremely comfortable when it's on, and I don't have any issues with straps digging in. The bra also has some support on the sides so your boobs stay in the right place, which I really like. As someone who tends to wear sports bras a lot of the time, I was very surprised and happy with this bra !"
