  1. Wear a well-fitting, unpadded bra or go bralette-free so you're measuring your natural shape.
  2. Using a soft tape measure, measure the diameter straight across the widest part of your areola.
  3. Note your bra band and cup size as well, since some sizes are also grouped by overall bust size.
  4. Compare your measurements to the chart below to find your best fit.
  5. If you fall between two sizes, size up for the most comfortable, secure coverage.

    Comfy but could definitely see under dress

    These are very comfortable and breathable. No pain with removal. That said, you could definitely see them in certain lighting under my satin dress. I wear a D cup so went with the correct size. I do wonder if the larger size would have been less visible, but hard to say. I noticed some other brands have larger sizes recommended for D cup breasts. The ventilation holes are a nice touch. One tip- avoid any lotion prior to application for the adhesive to work best.

    Great but not for a humid climate!

    These nipple covers are really good quality and they have air holes to make them much more breathable. However, in a truly human climate, they still slip off due to water gathering underneath them. Girls and humid environments just can’t catch a break!

    Feels like nothing on, but great protection

    Fantastic product, I wore them all summer long under sundresses or silky tops and no one could know I had them on, they attach to your skin and you don’t even feel them!

    So far so good!

    I’ve worn these once, all day, and didn’t even notice I was wearing them, super comfortable. It wasn’t super hot/sweaty conditions so can’t speak to how well they will stand up in that. The middle section isn’t sticky so doesn’t pull off any of your nip which was a nice surprise. Box says good for 15 wears which surprised me, thought they would last longer.

    Best product on the market

    This product is great. I’ve tried other similar products and this one is by far the best - the size is just right, they’re sticky but don’t hurt when you take them off, and the breathable design is a great feature others don’t have.
