When will my order ship?
We process and ship all orders from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Standard orders may take up to 2 business days for shipping activity to be updated on the shipping carrier's tracking site after you receive your shipping confirmation email. The tracking number will remain the same for standard orders shipped via DHL that are handed off to USPS for final delivery.

If your package was marked as delivered but you did not receive your order please be sure to check with your neighbors, around your porch, or a mailroom in case it was left in an odd spot.
