All eligible U.S. returns and exchanges are free within 60 days of purchase.
Products must have original tags attached and we only accept underwear in unworn condition, with original tags and stickers, in its unopened original polybag.
If you are trying to set up a return or exchange for an order shipped to an APO/FPO/AE or US Territory address, please contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org for help with your request.

Print your return label and mail back the original item.
Your refund will be issued to your original form of payment 10–20 days after we receive your return at our warehouse.
I want to set up a return for a Canadian order
Return shipping & handling is 13.00 CAD and it is deducted from your refund to cover just a part of our costs to service our friends up North. We do not accept exchanges on Canadian orders and ask you to return the order for a refund.
