Perfect Fit Promise
All eligible U.S. returns and exchanges are free within 60 days of purchase. Products must have original tags attached and we only accept underwear in unworn condition, with original tags and stickers, in its unopened original polybag. *Different return policies apply to our Try Before You Buy (TBB) program. These policies can be found here.
° To exchange for a different size in the same product, click through the return process and simply select your new size from the drop down. If you do not see the size you are looking for, it means it is unavailable in that style and color at this time.
° Need help determining your exchange size? Click on "Need sizing help?" and answer the fit questions to receive your new recommended size.
° To exchange for a different style or color, click through the return process and request a refund. You may be offered an Instant Credit Refund code you can use to purchase something new on the site. The voucher code will need to be applied at checkout.
° Select the item you’re sending back and click “Return.”
° Print your return label and mail back the original item.
° Your refund will be issued to your original form of payment 10–20 days after we receive your return at our warehouse.
