We hope you love what you ordered. But in case it doesn’t work out, we accept returns and exchanges on eligible merchandise up to 30 days from the date of your purchase. All returned or exchanged items must be unworn, unwashed, and with tags still attached. Panties and items marked "final sale" are not eligible for return, exchange, credit or refund.

For Canadian orders, shipping and duties for returns and exchanges is free for first-time orders over $99. On all subsequent orders, return shipping and duties for orders over $99 is $9.99. We will place your exchange order when your return package is in the mail. Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days. If you would like to expedite your exchange, we recommend placing a new order and simply returning your original one.
